diet offers much of the nutrition that the
rest of your body needs to thrive as well. While
most of us already know the importance of good
eating in keeping up our health and wellbeing, it is

body that don’t get as much attention as the heart,

you can be prone to infection and irritation that
can lead to itching, discomfort and poor over-all

Things to Avoid
When it comes to the foods to stay away from in your
healthy vagina diet, you will find that the same
foods are on the “no” list for other healthy diet
plans as well. For example, foods that are high in
sugar actually have a tendency to increase the risk
of yeast infections, since too much sugar creates an
environment where yeast can thrive. This means that
you should avoid foods like processed and baked
goods, soda and fruit juices. Alcohol can also
contribute to an increased risk of yeast infections,
so the best advice is to avoid it entirely, or only
drink in moderation. It is also a good idea to stay
away from foods that are refined or high in fat,
since these foods are a detriment to the immune
system. In order for your immune system to be able
to perform at its peak, and fight off yeast
infections effectively, you should stock up on the
